Small Dress Sizes - Weight Loss Incentives

Do you know that around 24million pieces of clothing are sitting in woman’s wardrobes that don’t fit them? In a recent survey commissioned by Lloyds pharmacy women admitted to buying at leased three items of clothing that were too small for them in order to lose weight. Does it work or is just a waste of money?

Women in Scotland own the most ‘small sized’ garments while women in London own the fewest. As reported this only acts as an incentive to lose weight.

There are many products on the market to help you lose weight from machines, pills and shakes its up to you what one to use. If you are not sure about diet pills or shakes talk to your local doctor, there is one thing that is common to all weight loss programs, self control.
