What a great few days we have had, temperature hitting high 70s, Britain was the place to be this weekend, I for one was in a happy mood, the kids were up and playing happily (for once), we had organized a BBQ for family and friends. Saturday morning we were up early, cut the grass, cut the hedge, the women were busy preparing food and everything else, as we cleaned the swimming pool and got it filled.
Well as we all know Britain does not experience many hot days, so there is no need to keep the holiday clothes hung in the wardrobe, so it was a trip into the attic to find the ‘holiday’ case with all the clothes in. Like almost 10million people there was no way I was going to ‘squeeze’ into last years clothes.
Well for most of us this was an eye opener, but look on the bright side its not too late to shed those unwanted pounds. There are many diet pills, machines and slimming products on the market to help with weight loss, some of the diets are the Glycemic Index diet (GI), Atkins Diet, Zone Diet and Calorie Counting diets.
No matter what weight loss program you choose there are a few things you still have to remember, with the Summer comes the BBQ’s and drinking in the garden, we have to teach ourselves to eat and drink responsibly and before starting any weight loss program consult your doctor first. Obey these simple rules and soon you will be getting into your Summer clothes without any effort at all.
