Fed up with that diet? what about the meal replacement program, these are foods that have a constant calorie count, normally in a bar, shake or powder, which can be mixed with water or milk. These convenient drinks or bars are great when you are in the office or at the gym. A diet meal replacement should usually provide your body with 1200 - 1600Kcal per day. They work by supplying your body with less calories than it actually requires thus using your fat stores. Taken twice a day normally one for breakfast then another for lunch then a calorie controlled meal at night. This then ‘trains’ your body into a proper eating structure.
